Position: Web Designer

RequirementsÂ
Minimum Degree
- Computer technology, website design, graphic design or equivalent
Key Skills - Computer programming and graphic design; computer proficiency; ability to work on his/her own
- Knowledgeable about Java Script, PhP, HTML as well as SQL programming
- Able to develop/setup new server based website
- Testing and quality control of your own code
- Creative and able to design website element using Illustrator or Photoshop or others
Others which covers:
- Databases
- Webpage scripting
- Programming
- Digital imaging
- Multimedia design
- Web development
Duties
includes, but aren’t limited to, the following:
- Writing and editing content
- Designing webpage layout
- Determining technical requirements
- Updating websites
- Creating back up files
- Solving code problems
- Other tasks as directed
Essential Information
- Participating in the development team support of their network and infrastructure as required
- Willingness to provide out of hours support
- A team player who is committed, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently within tight schedule.
- Must be willing to travel local/outstations and able to work during odd and off working hours when required.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral, accurate documentation abilities.
- preferably reside in Melaka
